License & Image Usage

This page describes the licensing terms that apply to images, logos, and original content published on themeparkforecast.com (the "Site").

Original Site Content

Original images, illustrations, icons, and graphics created by Theme Park Forecast, including the site logo and favicon, are copyrighted by Theme Park Forecast. These assets may be used by third parties under the following conditions:

  • Editorial use: News outlets, bloggers, and reference sites may reuse original images in editorial coverage of Theme Park Forecast with a visible credit ("Image: Theme Park Forecast") and a link back to themeparkforecast.com.
  • No modification: Logos and brand marks may not be altered, recolored, or combined with other marks.
  • No commercial resale: Images may not be sold, sublicensed, or distributed as part of a stock image library.

Forecast Data & Predictions

Wait time predictions, crowd forecasts, and itinerary outputs displayed on the Site are generated by Theme Park Forecast’s proprietary models. Headline numbers and short excerpts may be cited with attribution. Bulk scraping, redistribution, or building a competing product on top of this data is not permitted without written permission.

Third-Party Data

Live wait times are powered by Queue-Times.com. Use of that data is subject to their terms.

Trademarks

Park names, ride names, character names, and related imagery are trademarks of their respective owners, including The Walt Disney Company and NBCUniversal. Theme Park Forecast is an independent forecasting tool and is not affiliated with, authorized, or endorsed by either company. Any third-party trademarks shown on the Site are used for identification and descriptive purposes only.

Changes to This License

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Site assets after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
